I've heard this place turns anyone who isn't human into a human, I'm not sure anyone knows why.

As far as I know, that's something that happens to anyone who arrives here and wasn't already a human, before. And as for getting home...nobody knows how to do that yet.

1. I don't think anyone here knows why, but my personal guess is that this place wants to level the playing field.

2. Nobody's discovered a way out yet - sometimes people are sent home but it's random and it's not up to you if or when it happens.

Sorry to say, but nope. I've been here for a few years and not one slightest piece of solid clue. The other long-timers would say the same thing.

If anyone have an idea, they haven't spoken up yet.

1. Just how this place works. Whoever's in charge wants everyone on equal footing. They also want us to rely on the Pokémon, so good luck finding a weapon.

2. There isn't one. All you can really do is wait and hope for the best. Good news is, time freezes back home, so you won't be missing too much.

Been here for years, so I can try to help if you want. Let's just say I've been around the block.

Hey, nothing wrong with fist fighting.

[But then, this is the guy who made his own makeshift weapon in order to keep up with his team. He's not 100% a model citizen.]

That's the idea. The locals make a big deal out of it-- it's practically a lifestyle. You train and capture Pokémon, challenge gym leaders and win badges... They're really pacifistic, and most wouldn't think about siccing their teams on innocent people.

It's Team Rocket that usually bends the rules. You can think of them as one of those crazy evil organizations you'd see in cheesy movies.

I'm sure your questions have already been answered, but... anyone who is non-human gain whatever is missing to make them so, or is changed into a human for this place. It... happened to me, too.
