[So Perry decided to go check out the Sprout Tower after finally making his way to Violet City and found himself charmed by a pretty cute Pokemon in there and decided to catch him.

And, well... after he read the Pokedex entry for the guy...]

Can people please tell me if the Pokedex entry for Phantump is just a legend or not?

Because if it's true why are people letting this poor thing fight?

It shouldn't be allowed.

Oh, yeah, they float around like a ghost. It's not like they're trapped and immobile.

I don't think they mind, exactly.

That's good at least. I can't really be upset by it if they don't hate it.
