Backtagging: Totally! I tag late a lot so I'm cool with it
Threadhopping/Threadjacking: Yeah, please ask me first, I'm not a big fan of threadjacking but if I feel like it can add something to the thread I might be convinced.
Fourthwalling: Sure, I mean Perry may or may not already be aware that he's a cartoon so he won't mind
Offensive subjects: I feel rather uncomfortable with the topics of suicide and especially rape. I'm fine with just passing mentions (and sayings like "You can't fight him! That's suicide!"), but no details and I will not plot out either.
Of course in something like Dangan Roleplay I will be fine with suicide as a plot, but, y'know, no suicide jokes.

Hugging this character: Sure! Perry will be awkward or downright violent if he doesn't know you well/you seem evil, but you're more than welcome to if you want to
Kissing this character: I don't see why not. Although if it's a romantic kiss Perry will be weirded out and might leave.
Flirting with this character: Whhyyyyy would you do that? I guess it's okay but I headcanon Perry as ace so he would definitely be uncomfortable and try to punch you maybe (Plus, you know, there's that whole issue of Perry being an animal)
Fighting with this character: Sure thing. Perry's an angry grump and will be all for fighting if he has to. Just please ask me first so that it's not a surprise
Injuring this character: Yup! Like with fighting please ask me first so that it's not a surprise and I would rather have anything beyond a bloody nose or a bad bruise to be plotted out.
Killing this character: Please talk to me first, unlike Marty I am more willing to be mean to Perry, but please don't just murder Perry unless it's plot important. (Personal plot or actually relevant to the game plot)
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, permission is always nice but honestly Perry wouldn't mind too much, after all it just makes it easier to talk to the other person.
